I set up Hackney Wellbeing after recognising a real need in society for self-care, time and resilience in an ever-changing world.

Since 2007 I have trained across 6 disciplines in London, improving health outcomes for over 200 clients. Throughout, I have built skills and developed approaches to innovate and improve the service. The result is a combination of unique and key elements to bring full, natural and sustainable benefit to the client.

My mission is to improve Wellbeing by reducing stress, pain and poor posture and conditioning the body to perform to its best potential. I work with the client to set goals and empower him or her to reach and sustain them, using massage, mindfulness tools, fitness improvement and manageable lifestyle changes.

Typically, these goals could be a desire to return to a sport or hobby after injury, posture-related pain, insomnia, sciatica, RSI or digestion. Or else support with mental and emotional health eg stress and anxiety, depression, major life changes or a desire to make a major change. Often physical effects impact mental or emotional states and vice versa, all of which are addressed, working towards the client's own definitions of Wellbeing.

This tailored and holistic approach is the most effective route to restoring health and preventing relapse. It also equips the client with the self-awareness and practical tools needed to create long-lasting, positive change, all in a supportive and welcoming environment.
